About
In my junior year had a chance to train with the US Boardercross team as part of Project Gold Camp at Mt. Hood, Oregon. I was officially hooked on a sport that, up until then, I always thought of as nerdy.
In my senior year I was offered an opportunity to attend Carrabassett Valley Academy, one of the best snowboard and ski academies in the country. I continued to attend CVA for four years and lived in Maine seasonally, then headed back home to Wisconsin for the summers.
In 2016 I took a semester of online classes through Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah during the fall of my second year at CVA. I plan on pursuing a degree in sports psychology.

My favorite color is pink!
I'm a sucker for anything by Frank Sinatra, nothing beats a snow day and Frankie.
I looooove steak, sushi, and dill pickles.
My Kessler boards are named after Disney characters. (Berlioz, Olaf, and Tinkerbell)
My dad taught me how to snowboard at the age of six at Buck Hill in Minneapolis, Minnesota. While he coached me, I started competing a through the local USASA series in the Minneapolis.
Fast forward a few years later, my family and I moved back to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. We looked for outlets to continue competing. When we didn't find any, my mom Dana started the USASA Midwest Best Snowboard and Free-Ski Series so that I could continue my sport.
From third grade all the way through my junior year of high school I competed in all five disciplines in snowboarding: slalom, giant slalom, boardercross, slopestyle, and halfpipe. My senior year of high school is when I made the switch exclusively to boardercross.
